I recommend to use a matte uncoated photo paper (or office paper), density 180-220g/m.
The quality, brightness, and saturation of images depends on the quality of the paper, ink, and printer.

Laminate
Learn how to laminate paper in different ways here:
You can laminate paper with tape, use clear tape and cover all parts that you want laminated. Use packing tape to make process faster, but small clear tape work as well.
Connect the front and the back of the hair
Laminate
Attach double-sided foam tape to the marks
Stick a double-sided tape to the back of the clothes
Attach the clothes to the doll
Your doll is ready.
